For online equipment orders, no special documents are needed—just a valid shipping address and payment method. For coaching sessions, we recommend having a link to a video of your gameplay (if requesting analysis) and a list of your current gear so our pros can provide the most personalized guidance.

Your gear should be game-ready from the moment it arrives. If you receive a paddle, ball, or accessory with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and our support team will send a replacement immediately.
